Mobile fuelling platform CarPay-Diem has partnered with Cubic³ to introduce FleetWallet³, an AI-enabled in-vehicle payments solution for fleets. The platform will roll out across CarPay-Diem’s network of 5,300 fuel retailers in 12 European countries. Compatible with existing fuel cards and telematics, FleetWallet³ integrates into fleet processes without extra hardware, using secure digital transactions and data analysis to curb irregularities, prevent unauthorised purchases, and automate expense reconciliation.

CA Auto Finance, the UK arm of CA Auto Bank, has partnered with Opteven to expand mechanical breakdown warranties and vehicle protection solutions. The collaboration builds on existing ties in France and Italy. Customers financing vehicles through CA Auto Finance will gain access to the new Total Care Warranty, offering tailored coverage, higher claims limits, and no restrictions on age or mileage. The move comes amid UK vehicle maintenance costs rising 7.9% year-on-year.

Ayvens has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Omoda/Jaecoo, part of China’s Chery Group, to deliver white-label full-service vehicle leasing across Europe. The rollout will begin in Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland and Luxembourg under the Omoda and Jaecoo brands, targeting SMEs, professionals and private customers. Ayvens will also extend leasing options to corporate clients, covering selected electric, hybrid and ICE models from Omoda/Jaecoo.

Honda Finance Europe (HFE) has partnered with Loop to deploy new tools that centralise and standardise dealer visit reporting. The collaboration aims to strengthen regulatory compliance and create a clearer audit trail of dealer interactions. HFE will use Loop’s visit management tool to provide shared agendas and record discussions, while its action planning tool will assign tasks with deadlines and status updates, giving field teams visibility of progress and overdue actions.
